Inspect the super highways!

The first step towards solving a wildlife problem is identifying the source of the problem. We do a thorough inspection of your property until we pinpoint the root cause of your problem. We check for all potential entry holes in your property, even holes the size of the diameter of a pen. We call these super highways. If you have a raccoon or squirrel residing in your attic or chimney, you have super highways that are leading the rodents into your space. We identify the entry point and estimate the extent of the damage.
Humane Removal

Once we have a pretty good idea of what we’re dealing with, we then proceed to the removal phase. Each animal and situation require a unique removal strategy. For instance, if a raccoon is residing in your attic with her kits, then we have to first pick up the kits and use them to lure their mother into a trap, after which we relocate them to, at least, 10 miles away from your house.
Phermone Decontamination

Animals have special phermones that they leave behind in a place they've inhabited. Once they leave - other wildlife will pass by the space and think that it's a safe place they can home. We clear up all remnants left by the animal so other animals don't get the idea this is a place they belong. We properly decontaminate the infected spaces to prevent the spread of germs, bacteria, and diseases. We make use of enzyme-based cleaners to kill all microscopic germs.

Finally, wild animals are notorious for the damages they cause; from ripping apart insulation material to chewing on pipes. We identify all damaged materials and we repair them. We also reinforce all vulnerable points and seal all entry holes. This way, we ensure the problem doesn’t arise again.
