Red Fox Info:
A medium-sized canine with a large bushy tail, often tipped in white. Coloring is rust red to a flame red coat, usually reddish-brown. Adults measure 35-45 inches in length from nose to tip of tail and weigh between 12 and 18 pounds. Generally moves at dusk and dawn, though may be active in mid day. Diet is varied, though it often includes small mammals and birds.
Fox use a variety of habitats for dens, including abandoned holes dug by other animals.

Damage/Nuisance Concerns:
In the urban areas fox are a nuisance primarily for killing small pets. Their spray has a very bad odor also. May times they will dig holes around your home. Foxes may even carry the rabies virus.

The best method to remove ref fox is to live trap them with a trap and remove them from your property.
